• Summary:

    Francesco Cocina studied physics at the University of Catania (B.Sc.) and at Sapienza University of Rome (M.Sc.), specializing in particle physics, on both theoretical and computational aspects. In September 2016 he joined the Caflisch group, and in January 2017 he started his Ph.D. in the Computational Science Program.

    His current research interests focus on data analysis and unsupervised algorithms and their application in computational and experimental neuroscience.

    Dr. Francesco Cocina was a member of the Caflisch group from 09/2016 - 04/2023.
